Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your profile, date of birth, clothing photos, selfie, outfits, try-on renders, posts, polls, votes, followers and notification tokens, and deletes your sign-in record. It cannot be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open DripFlex and go to Profile (the last tab).
- Scroll to Safety & privacy and tap Delete account.
- Confirm, then type DELETE. Your account and data are erased immediately.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@dripflex.app from the address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in, with the subject “Delete my DripFlex account”. We will verify it is you and delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by reply.
