DripFlexPrivacy Policy
DripFlex is an AI personal stylist: you photograph your clothes, ask for an outfit, preview it on a photo of yourself, and share the result. This policy explains exactly what we collect to make that work, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted. It applies to the DripFlex mobile apps and to dripflex.app.
Who we are. DripFlex is operated by Shailesh Shahane, trading as DripFlex, Dombivli, Maharashtra, India (“DripFlex”, “we”). Contact: privacy@dripflex.app.
1. What we collect

We do not collect precise location in the background, contacts, health data, card or payment details (Apple and Google handle those), or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, store your wardrobe, generate outfits and try-on images, show the feed and send the notifications you opted into.
- To keep DripFlex safe: reviewing reports, enforcing the Community Guidelines, and preventing abuse.
- To improve outfit recommendations for you, using your own “Flex it / Nah” feedback.
- To respond when you contact support.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to advertise to you or to train models that are offered to other people.
3. AI processing of your photos
DripFlex uses third-party generative AI models to analyse clothing photos and to create try-on images. When you add clothing or request a try-on:
- The clothing photo, and for try-on your selfie, are sent to Google Gemini (Google LLC) to detect garments and to render the outfit on you. Where enabled by us, an alternative image model, Seedream (ByteDance), may be used for rendering; the same data is sent in that case.
- These providers process the images to return a result to us. We use them under terms that prohibit them from using your images to train their models.
- Try-on images are synthetic. They are labelled as AI-generated inside the app, and every AI image can be reported from the screen it appears on.
Your selfie is never used in the stylist chat, and it is never shared with other users unless you set it as your profile picture or post a try-on.

If DripFlex is ever acquired or merged, your data would transfer with it under this same policy.
5. Retention and deletion
- Your account and everything in it are kept while your account exists.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, date of birth, clothing photos, selfie, outfits, try-on renders, posts, polls, votes, followers and notification tokens from our systems, and deletes your sign-in record. It cannot be undone.
- No app access? Follow the steps on dripflex.app/delete-account.
- Reports you filed about others are kept in anonymised form for moderation records. Server logs are rotated within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 30 days of deletion.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else, email privacy@dripflex.app and we will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Our servers are located in Akamai Cloud (Linode), Mumbai, India. If you use DripFlex from elsewhere, your data is transferred there and to the providers above under standard contractual safeguards.
7. Age limit
DripFlex is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account; we ask for your date of birth to confirm this and refuse and delete accounts that do not qualify. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, email privacy@dripflex.app and we will remove it.
8. Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Session tokens are stored in the device Keychain / Keystore. Photos are stored in access-controlled storage and served only to accounts allowed to see them. No system is perfectly secure, so please report any concern to security@dripflex.app.
9. Changes
When we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top is always the current version.
