Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Shailesh Shahane, trading as DripFlex (“DripFlex”, “we”) for the DripFlex apps and dripflex.app. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use DripFlex. We collect your date of birth to confirm this. Accounts created by anyone younger are deleted.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your DripFlex account.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or pick a username that misleads people about who you are.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or by following these steps.

3. Your content

Your clothing photos, selfie, captions, polls, comments and any try-on image you post are yours. You give DripFlex a licence to store, process, display and, where you have chosen to post or share it, distribute that content so the service can work. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already shared and for moderation records.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. In particular, the selfie you use for try-on must be a photo of you. Uploading someone else’s likeness to generate images of them is prohibited and will get your account banned.

4. AI features

Fit Genie replies and try-on images are generated automatically by AI. They can be inaccurate, and try-on images are illustrations, not photographs of how clothes will actually fit.
Do not use the AI features to create sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive or otherwise harmful images, or to depict anyone other than yourself.
AI-generated images are labelled as such in the app, and every one can be reported from the screen it appears on.

5. Community Guidelines

DripFlex has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. The following are not allowed anywhere on DripFlex, including posts, polls, captions, comments, usernames, bios and profile pictures:

Nudity, sexual content, or sexualised images of anyone.
Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting someone because of who they are.
Hate speech, hateful symbols, or content that dehumanises people.
Violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
Impersonation, or uploading another person’s photo as your selfie.
Spam, scams, unauthorised advertising, or manipulating votes and likes.
Anything illegal, including content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Tools you have: Report any post, poll, AI image or account from its “…” menu; Block any account from their profile or a post’s menu (blocked people can no longer see you or contact you). Reports are anonymous and reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed and the account responsible is banned; we may also report it to law enforcement where required.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms, without notice where the situation calls for it. If you think we got it wrong, email support@dripflex.app within 30 days.

7. Free credits, DripFlex Pro and credit packs

Free. Every new account gets 10 virtual try-on credits. Outfit recipes, your Fit Vault, Fit Genie and the feed are free without limit.
DripFlex Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes the credit requirement for try-ons, subject to a fair-use cap of 30 renders per day, and gives priority rendering. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Credit packs are one-time purchases of additional try-on credits. Credits do not expire and are not refundable once used. Credits are tied to your DripFlex account, not the device.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; contact support@dripflex.app if something went wrong and we will help.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and tracked for us by RevenueCat. Deleting your DripFlex account ends access to Pro and any remaining credits; cancel the subscription first if you do not want to be charged again.

8. Liability

DripFlex is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Everything else

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use DripFlex after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are heard by the courts of Maharashtra, India, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no obligations regarding the app, but may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries where their store rules require it.
